Responsibility for modular and prefab house construction
Many companies sell modular and prefab houses without warning about legal obligations, which can lead to problems with living, approval and connection to utilities.
It often happens that with the cheapest version of the house you find out later that you are missing important components needed to obtain a building permit and A0 energy certificate.
If you don't have your modular or prefab house properly approved, it may be considered an illegal construction!
Our houses meet all necessary standards
- Ready for approval as full-fledged family houses
- All necessary building permits and documentation
- A0 energy certificate option
- Connection to all utilities
